Dit aantal is ongeveer twintig keer hoger dan het aantal personen dat het regime heeft gebruikt om naar Itali\u00eb te verhuizen sinds 2017. Beleggers en hun adviseurs zullen naar verwachting hun vermogen reorganiseren en overwegen om te verhuizen naar meer belastingvriendelijke rechtsgebieden.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Waarom kiezen voor Itali\u00eb?<\/h2>\n<p>De vraag naar <a href=\"https:\/\/dev.ibinternational.it\/nl\/italian-properties\/?lang=en\">luxe eigendommen<\/a> groeit: van Milaan en Rome tot de meren Como, Maggiore en Garda, de Ligurische Rivi\u00e8ra en Toscane zijn de aanvragen onlangs met 27% gestegen dankzij de \u201cvlaktaks\u201d.  Itali\u00eb komt naar voren als een aantrekkelijke bestemming voor deze investeerders, voornamelijk vanwege de stabiliteit van het belastingregime voor nieuwe inwoners. In tegenstelling tot het Verenigd Koninkrijk is het Italiaanse belastingbeleid sinds 2017 consistent gebleven, wat investeerders een gevoel van zekerheid geeft. Met de aanscherping van de belastingvoordelen in het Verenigd Koninkrijk zullen naar schatting 10-20% van de getroffen personen overwegen om zich elders te vestigen. De regeling werd in 2017 ingevoerd om de kapitaalstroom naar Itali\u00eb te stimuleren door zowel Italiaanse als buitenlandse vermogende particulieren aan te trekken die in het buitenland wonen. Degenen die van plan zijn om hun fiscale woonplaats naar Itali\u00eb te verplaatsen, krijgen een vervangende belasting aangeboden op inkomsten die in het buitenland zijn gegenereerd met een vast tarief van 100.000 euro voor elke jaarlijkse belastingperiode.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Wat zijn de voordelen voor gezinsleden?<\/h2>\n<p>De forfaitaire regeling in Itali\u00eb kan ook worden uitgebreid naar een of meer familieleden die aan de voorwaarden voldoen. Dit is mogelijk door een specifieke vermelding in de belastingaangifte met betrekking tot de belastingperiode waarin het gezinslid zijn fiscale woonplaats naar Itali\u00eb verplaatst.
