In de afgelopen twee jaar is het volume van financi\u00eble transacties voor de aankoop van priv\u00e9woningen in Itali\u00eb, zowel door binnenlandse als internationale kopers, opgelopen tot 210 miljoen euro.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Milaan: leider voor groei in de residenti\u00eble vastgoedmarkt<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Milaan leidt in koopactiviteit: 13.000 verkooptransacties werden geregistreerd in 2021, een groei van 31%.<\/p>\n<p>In het centrum van Milaan kan een vierkante meter residentieel vastgoed tot EUR 8.900 opbrengen, terwijl de gemiddelde waarde voor de metropool rond EUR 4.000 per vierkante meter ligt.<\/p>\n<p>Renovatie- en herontwikkelingsprojecten in bepaalde wijken van de modehoofdstad zijn een katalysator geworden voor de groei van de residenti\u00eble vastgoedmarkt.
