Voici des r\u00e9gions c\u00f4ti\u00e8res proches de certaines des principales villes culturelles d'Italie (class\u00e9es par ordre alphab\u00e9tique), o\u00f9 il fait bon faire une pause au bord de la mer apr\u00e8s une matin\u00e9e de visites de mus\u00e9es lorsque les temp\u00e9ratures grimpent en fl\u00e8che.<\/p>\n<p><strong><!-- \/wp:post-content -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph --><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Des simples plages de village aux paradis de la jet-set, G\u00eanes et ses villes voisines offrent de nombreuses options pour prendre le soleil. <strong>Boccadasse,\u00a0<\/strong>le hameau de p\u00eacheurs qui fait partie de G\u00eanes et que l'on peut atteindre apr\u00e8s une bonne marche (environ une heure) le long du Corso Italia depuis le centre-ville, dispose d'une petite plage (de galets comme beaucoup d'autres dans la r\u00e9gion) bord\u00e9e de maisons color\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9voyez de vous arr\u00eater pour d\u00e9jeuner ou de rester pour d\u00eener dans un restaurant au bord de l'eau comme le Capo Santa Chiara, o\u00f9 les vues sur la mer Ligure sont splendides et o\u00f9 le menu propose des offres sophistiqu\u00e9es et des sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s ligures.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 environ 11 kilom\u00e8tres de G\u00eanes,\u00a0<strong>Bogliasco<\/strong>\u00a0est une \u00e9tape c\u00f4ti\u00e8re peu connue, la premi\u00e8re ville que l'on trouve sur le Golfo Paradiso une fois que l'on a quitt\u00e9 la ville (le village pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, Nervi, est un quartier de G\u00eanes).
