Die 2017 eingef\u00fchrte Pauschalsteuer hat gerade erst begonnen, den Markt dramatisch zu beeinflussen, was in den Zahlen f\u00fcr 2021 deutlich wird.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>Was ist eine \u201cPauschalsteuer\u201d?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Die Pauschalsteuer von 100.000 Euro ist im Grunde eine \u201cPauschalsteuer\u201d f\u00fcr Ausl\u00e4nder, die sich in Italien niederlassen wollen. Die Regelung wurde 2017 eingef\u00fchrt, um den Kapitalverkehr nach Italien zu f\u00f6rdern, indem sowohl italienische als auch ausl\u00e4ndische verm\u00f6gende Privatpersonen mit Wohnsitz im Ausland angezogen werden.
